LED WELDING CONDITIONS
(1) Soldering iron: the temperature of the tip of the soldering iron (up to 30W) shall notexceed 280 °C; the soldering iron shall be grounded and the static electricity shall notexceed the range; the soldering time shall not exceed 3 seconds; the soldering positionshall be at least 3mm away from the colloid.
(2) immersion welding: the maximum temperature of immersion welding is 260 °C; theimmersion welding time shall not exceed 3 seconds; the immersion welding position shallbe at least 3mm away from the colloid.
PIN FORMING METHOD
(1) The bracket must be 2mm away from the gel to bend.
(2) Bracket forming must be completed by fixture or professional personnel.
(3) Bracket forming must be completed before welding.
(4) The forming of the bracket shall ensure that the pins and spacing are consistent withthose on the circuit board.
LED INSTALLATION METHOD
(1) Pay attention to the arrangement of external wires of various devices to prevent wrongpolarity installation. The device shall not be too close to the heating element, and the workingconditions shall not exceed the specified limit.
(2) Be sure not to install the LED when the pin is deformed.
(3) When deciding to install in the hole, calculate the dimension and tolerance of hole distanceon the face and circuit board to avoid excessive pressure on the bracket.
(4) When installing led, it is recommended to use guide sleeve for positioning(5) Before the welding temperature returns to normal, the LED must be protected from anyvibration or external force.
CLEAN
Special care must be taken when cleaning colloids with chemicals, because somechemicals damage the surface of colloids and cause discoloration, such as trichloroethyleneacetone, etc. lt can be wiped and impregnated with ethanol for less than 1 minute at roomtemperature.
